We were referred to Mike St. Clair to give us a bid on our second bathroom we needed remodeled after buying a house original from 1958. We got 4 bids on the second bathroom and like the vision Mike had.

His estimate was reasonable and on the low end of the other bids. We liked the excitement Mike had and his eagerness to share ideas on the direction we needed to go on the remodel. We decided to sign with Mike after a day of consideration. He told us a start date which was on the day accurate.

Day one he taped up the walls for dust and put down paper to protect our new floors. Demo as fast and work was started a few days after. He and Junior his right hand man were always on time and always cleaned up each day after they worked. I recommend them as they are capable and understand the complexities of remodeling and building.
